We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you would like to permanently delete your Battle Greens account and associated personal information, you may submit a deletion request using the instructions below.

Delete My Battle Greens Account

Please include:

• Your Battle Greens username 
• Your Apple Game Center nickname (if applicable) 
• Any PlayFab Player ID (if known) 
• The reason for deletion (optional) 

Once your request has been verified and processed:

• Your Battle Greens account will be permanently deleted. 
• Your gameplay progress may be permanently removed. 
• Your leaderboard history may be removed or anonymized. 
• Your virtual currency and purchased in-game items may be permanently lost. 
• Your subscriptions are not automatically canceled. You must cancel any active subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. 
• Deleted accounts generally cannot be restored. 

To protect your account, we may request additional information to verify that you are the account owner before processing your request.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days, although some requests may be completed sooner.

Certain information may be retained where required by law, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect the security and integrity of our services.
