The information collected depends on how you use Battle Greens and which features are enabled.
Battle Greens uses Sign in with Apple and Microsoft PlayFab for game-account authentication
and recovery. We collect or generate the account information needed to operate the game,
including:
Username or public display name;
Player and PlayFab account identifiers;
The account identifier provided by Sign in with Apple;
Account creation date and account status;
Subscription and membership status;
Game progress, cosmetic inventory and unlocks; and
Linked platform or service identifiers.
The app does not request your name or email address from Sign in with Apple. If you voluntarily
contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information included in your message.
We may determine a general geographic area, such as country, state, region, or city, from an Internet Protocol address.
Battle Greens does not currently request or collect precise GPS location.

We may collect analytics information to understand and improve Battle Greens, including:
Crash-reporting functionality is currently disabled. If crash reporting is enabled later, this Privacy Policy and applicable App Store disclosures will be updated as appropriate.
Battle Greens offers monthly and yearly Multiplayer Membership subscriptions through the
Apple App Store. Apple processes subscription payments. Henon Game Studios LLC does not
directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.
We receive and verify the purchase and subscription information needed to provide multiplayer
membership, restore purchases and prevent duplicate claims. This may include:
Product purchased;
Transaction and original transaction identifiers;
Purchase date;
Subscription status;
Renewal or expiration status; and
Confirmation that a transaction was completed.
Deleting your game account does not cancel an Apple subscription. You can manage or cancel
future billing through Manage Subscriptions in the game or your Apple Account settings.

Sign in with Apple and the App Store
Sign in with Apple is used for game-account authentication and identity confirmation. The app
does not request your name or email address through Sign in with Apple. Apple also processes
subscription payments, manages App Store subscriptions and distributes the app. Your use of
Apple services is subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Microsoft PlayFab
PlayFab supports game accounts, authentication and recovery, player identifiers, cloud-hosted
game data, gameplay statistics, leaderboards, cosmetic inventory, membership records and
service analytics.
Microsoft Azure
Azure services host game-service processing, account-deletion processing, restricted operational
records and diagnostics used to operate, secure and support Battle Greens.
Photon
Photon provides multiplayer network connections and admission. Service providers may process
account or device identifiers, network information and approximate location derived from
IP addresses for their documented service purposes. Battle Greens does not request precise
GPS location.
Unity
Battle Greens is developed using Unity technology. Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, Unity crash
reporting and Unity performance reporting are disabled in the current app. PlayFab and other
game-service diagnostics remain in use as described in this policy.
Garmin-Compatible Devices
A compatible launch monitor may transmit shot information to Battle Greens. The manufacturer's
collection and use of information through its own device, app, account or service is governed
by that manufacturer's privacy practices.
Henon Game Studios LLC does not sell player data or use it for advertising. Battle Greens
does not currently display third-party advertising, and we do not share player data with
advertising partners or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information with service providers as needed to operate and support Battle Greens,
including hosting, authentication, analytics, multiplayer, fraud prevention, purchases and
customer support. Other disclosures, including game information visible to other players
and legally required disclosures, are described in section 5.
Our websites may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies to:

We do not currently use website cookies for third-party behavioral advertising.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in
this Privacy Policy, including to maintain active accounts and game progress, provide purchases
and subscriptions, fulfill support requests, protect the game against fraud and abuse, resolve
disputes, enforce our agreements and meet legal obligations. We may retain aggregated or
de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify a player.
After account deletion, limited pseudonymous records may remain to prevent stale access and
improper purchase replay, reconcile provider retries and preserve accurate deletion-request
status. These are restricted operational records, not a playable profile or transferable
membership. Records retained for ongoing access/replay protection or receipt-status purposes
are reviewed at least annually and removed within 30 days after verification that their
protective purpose has ended. Completed deletion-event records have a 90-day retention period.
Specific legally required preservation is handled separately.
Azure operational telemetry is retained for 30 days. Other subscription and security records
follow their documented lifecycle and purpose-based retention rules. Provider-managed copies
follow the applicable provider retention and deletion terms; these game-service periods do
not promise immediate removal from all backups.
We keep support emails and necessary attachments for up to 12 months after your issue is
resolved, and delete them sooner when they are no longer needed. We may retain specific
records longer where necessary to resolve a dispute, investigate fraud or meet a legal
obligation, and delete them when that need ends.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, game server, or security method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Players are responsible for protecting access to their device, Apple Account and any
credentials associated with third-party services.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:
Delete your Battle Greens game account
To request game-account deletion, sign in and select Delete Account from the Battle Greens
main menu. Read both confirmations and complete the Apple identity confirmation for the
account you want to delete.
Once accepted, the request is permanent. Account access is restricted while deletion is
processed. Processing takes at least nine hours and may take longer. Reopen the app to check
the status; it distinguishes an accepted or pending request from completed deletion.
Deletion removes the game account and its associated playable profile, progress, scores,
friends/connections and earned rewards/cosmetics. Shared game records are de-identified.
Limited restricted records may remain as described in section 9.
Deleting a game account does not cancel an Apple subscription or provide a refund. Manage
future billing through Manage Subscriptions in the game or your Apple Account settings.
A purchase linked to a deleted account does not automatically transfer to another game account.

Other privacy requests or help
For access, correction or another privacy request, or if you cannot access the in-app deletion
option, email Colby@HenonGameStudios.com . Include your public display name, the support code
shown in the game when available, and a description of the request. Do not send passwords,
Apple authorization codes, raw receipts, signed transaction data or complete payment-card
information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information
may be retained when required or permitted by law.
Support email is not required for the normal in-app account-deletion flow. You can also manage
App Store subscriptions and Apple privacy settings through your Apple Account or device settings.
Battle Greens is a general-audience golf game and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 in a manner that violates the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act or other applicable children’s-privacy laws.
Children should use Battle Greens only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
Parents and guardians should supervise children’s usernames, purchases, subscriptions, online multiplayer activity, and use of connected devices.

Henon Game Studios LLC is located in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries.
When information is transferred across national borders, it may be subject to laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we or our service providers use appropriate legal mechanisms for international transfers.
Residents of California and certain other states may have privacy rights under applicable state law, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information.
Henon Game Studios LLC does not sell personal information for money and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
