This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "You") and Henon Game Studios LLC ("Henon Game Studios," "Battle Greens," "we," "our," or "us") governing your download, installation, access to, and use of the Battle Greens mobile application, related services, websites, online features, downloadable content, and future updates (collectively, the "Game").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Battle Greens, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

Henon Game Studios LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Battle Greens solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any intellectual property.

Battle Greens and all related content are owned exclusively by Henon Game Studios LLC or its licensors.

This includes, without limitation:

• Game software 
• Source code 
• Object code 
• Artwork 
• Graphics 
• Animations 
• Music 
• Sound effects 
• Characters 
• User interface 
• Menus 
• Scoring systems 
• Physics systems 
• Destruction mechanics 
• Game mechanics 
• Databases 
• Virtual items 
• Logos 
• Trademarks 
• Patents 
• Patent applications 
• Trade secrets 
• Documentation 
• Website content 

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Battle Greens incorporates proprietary technologies that are protected by issued patents and pending patent applications.

Unauthorized copying, imitation, reverse engineering, commercial exploitation, or development of substantially similar technology may violate United States and international intellectual property laws.

Henon Game Studios LLC reserves all rights relating to existing and future patents.

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer the Game 
• Decompile the software 
• Modify the Game 
• Create derivative works 
• Remove copyright notices 
• Sell copies of the Game 
• Rent the Game 
• Lease the Game 
• Redistribute the Game 
• Use automated bots 
• Use macros 
• Cheat 
• Exploit bugs 
• Use unauthorized software 
• Inject code 
• Hack accounts 
• Attempt to access servers without authorization 
• Circumvent security measures 
• Interfere with online services 
• Mine data 
• Scrape databases 
• Copy game assets 
• Extract textures 
• Extract sounds 
• Copy artwork 
• Record proprietary game assets for commercial use without permission. 

Battle Greens includes online functionality including:

• Multiplayer 
• Leaderboards 
• Matchmaking 
• Player accounts 
• Cloud services 
• Statistics 
• Virtual currency 
• Purchases 
• Subscriptions 

Online services may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Henon Game Studios LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted online availability.

Battle Greens may automatically create a player account using Microsoft PlayFab or another authentication service.

You are responsible for:

• Your username 
• Your account activity 
• Your connected Apple account 
• Maintaining the security of your device 

You may not:

• Share accounts 
• Sell accounts 
• Purchase accounts 
• Transfer accounts without authorization 

Usernames may not contain:

• Profanity 
• Hate speech 
• Threats 
• Personal information 
• Trademarks owned by others 
• Offensive language 
• Impersonation of another person or company 

Henon Game Studios LLC may change or remove usernames at its discretion.

Battle Greens is designed as a skill-based competitive game.

Players may not:

• Cheat 
• Use exploits 
• Manipulate scores 
• Alter gameplay data 
• Modify launch monitor data 
• Use bots 
• Abuse matchmaking 
• Farm virtual currency 
• Intentionally disconnect to avoid losses 
• Harass other players 

Violation may result in:

• Warnings 
• Suspension 
• Permanent account termination 
• Loss of purchases 
• Removal from leaderboards 

Battle Greens may support compatible launch monitors, including the Garmin Approach R10.

Henon Game Studios LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin unless expressly stated.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware, firmware versions, or future updates from third-party manufacturers.

Battle Greens may include virtual currency and digital items.

Virtual currency:

• Has no cash value. 
• Is licensed, not sold. 
• Cannot be redeemed for money except where required by law. 
• May expire or be modified as permitted by law and applicable platform rules. 

Henon Game Studios LLC may modify prices, availability, or virtual items at any time.

Battle Greens may offer recurring subscriptions through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple.

Billing, cancellation, renewal, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

Battle Greens®, Battle Greens Golf®, Henon Game Studios®, logos, game names, gameplay systems, destruction mechanics, scoring methods, trademarks, patents, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Henon Game Studios LLC.

No rights are granted except those expressly provided in this Agreement.

We encourage players to share gameplay through streaming platforms, videos, and social media.

You may monetize ordinary gameplay videos through platform programs (such as YouTube or Twitch) provided that:

• The content is lawful. 
• The content does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement by Henon Game Studios LLC. 
• You do not distribute game files, source code, or extracted assets. 
• You comply with this Agreement. 

Henon Game Studios LLC reserves the right to revoke permission for commercial use of Battle Greens content in cases of infringement, misuse, or violation of this Agreement.

Henon Game Studios LLC may release:

• Updates 
• Bug fixes 
• Balance changes 
• New features 
• Additional content 

Some updates may be required to continue playing online.

Henon Game Studios LLC may suspend or terminate your access to Battle Greens if you:

• Violate this Agreement; 
• Engage in cheating, fraud, hacking, or abusive conduct; 
• Infringe our intellectual property rights; 
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Game; or 
• Use the Game for unlawful purposes. 

Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately. We may also remove access to online features, player accounts, virtual currency, subscriptions (subject to applicable platform rules), and other services associated with the violation.

Battle Greens is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henon Game Studios LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from defects or errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Henon Game Studios LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of Battle Greens.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Henon Game Studios LLC may update this Agreement from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and make the revised Agreement available through our website or the Game.

Your continued use of Battle Greens after the updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
